Good fit if you are a woman sized 14-16!
I recently had abdominal surgery, and like a dumb-dumb I forgot my binder at the hospital - which they tossed. On a whim I chose the medium, which is the 45"- 60" inch binder - and it fits well. (This was lucky, because I wear a woman's 14-16, which is not considered a medium.) The abdominal binder I received is excellent. There is enough material to loosen it for when I am resting, and then to tighten it up again when I take walks and move about. ...If I gain or lose 20 pounds, I can still use it.

Keeps it's shape.
Had purchased several binders for abdominal cosmetic lazer/lipo fat transfer (moving fat from one part of the body to another). Alternating between this and a compression vest, this is the best binder available! Easy to wash and keep clean, and doesn't stretch out of shape or roll up or down.

Beware long term use
I wanted this to work and be comfortable and easy to wear. But it's not. The first time was okay. It was great the first time! The Velcro was straight, the binder itself was straight. The second time was okay. The Velcro had made fuzzies, but that's okay. The Velcro strips though was warping some. I could see it under my shirt. The third time? No way! The fabric was stretching. The Velcro strips is all kinds of wavy and very noticable under my shirt. I wanted this to help with postpartum without spending $50 on those name brand ones. Guess I get what I paid for, eh?

Love this binder
I love this binder so much that I actually told the plastic surgeon that they should purchase this kind. It provides enough binding and support but it is still breathable and it actually fit me from right underneath my breast down to underneath my what I would call my c-section pouch. I had to wear it due to having fat grafting after my breast reconstruction so a.k.a. liposuction and the one binder that I got sent home with from the plastic surgeon was too short to keep on adjusting it and it did not breathe so I read a lot of reviews about this one and I got it and I am so thankful I did.
