I have not been able to take this regularly. It makes me feel tired, instead of giving me energy. I think everyone has different chemistry. This doesn’t really work well with mine. I have had better results when taking this at night. It seems to help me get better sleep, and I can sleep better throughout the night. The taste isn’t so great, it tastes bitter. But I just a lot of drink water with it.
