I had a pillow similar before buying this one and it worked great for a while but I have wider shoulders and I'm a side sleeper so there was still too much space between where my neck should've been and where the pillow went. This pillow is perfect for me. It's 100% supportive with my wider shoulders And it is BEYOND comfortable. It's soft, but not so soft that your head sinks down to the bed. With just 3 nights of using it, I can already feel a huge difference in my neck and I'm no longer waking up with a stiff neck.The product itself is high quality.Even the material of the pillow case is nice. I do wish the zipper placement was better thought out though.The best $40 I ever spent...I would pay $100 for this pillow!
