Easy to use two minutes in my microwave it’s perfect nice moist warm heat, I have shoulder upper back and neck pain this helps relax all those muscles and makes it possible to get relief from the pain it has a little lavender and mint smell but nothing over powering I have sensitive nose and am not bothered by this. I would highly recommend this product

I have probably over 1000 items purchased on Amazon just because I am disabled and appreciate the delivery, also the price is typically much better than our local stores. I saw an influencer post about this earlier this year.. I hardly ever buy something I see an influencer buy online but this looked interesting and relaxing so I added it to my cart. I waited a few months for it to go on sale and it is so great. Helps so much with muscle aches, anxiety and stress. I felt that the initial smell was great, not too strong and a good blend of herbs Cons: it doesn’t hold its heat very long and it doesn’t smell as strong as it used to. But I’ve had it for a few months and use it 1-2 times a day

I love everything about it! I use both as heated and cold. The weight & size are perfect. It stays warm/hot for at least 20 minutes & same for cold. I bought one for my Mom & she loves it.

Pop into the microwave for 2 min and voila. Incredibly soothing for not just neck/shoulders but anywhere that feels stiff and sore. Pleasant natural lavender aroma is very nice. It is well-made. Spot-clean as needed. Really great value

I have a couple other microwavable heating pads and I love them, but they are much bigger. This one is perfect for sitting at my desk or traveling. It has a soft outer material and holds heat well.

I thought I was made with this. I was using it with an elderly client. It was great. It gave her warmth and comfort! Until it wasn’t! Put it in the microwave for one minute and it started a fire! I only did it fire. We have a horrible smell in the house and if they hadn’t been with, somebody have been tragic.This is absolutely not worth your money. Do not get this item.

The outside is very soft but it doesn’t get hot enough & cools off too fast.

The product works just fine as intended, but does smell pretty gross at first. Since it’ll be so close to your face, I would recommend giving it a clean/quick spray with something nicer before using! Other than that, I have no complaints about the product :)

Heats up quickly, stays warm, and a nice subtle scent. I love using this.

Update*UpdateThe seller reached out to me and gave me a refund. Maybe I just got a lemon. I may not have liked the product, but the customer service was amazing! Therefore I gave 4 stars. Knowing how good the costumer service is I would definitely try a other product.I bought the biggest one, but kind of a waste of time. It's not very big and it doesn't hold heat or cold for very long at all. Disappointing.
