Great watch
Love this forerunner, it has everything you could need for non-elite running! Wore it through my marathon training block as my last (very old) garmin didn’t last through my last marathon. The gps is good, tracking works pretty well although I don’t take the step counter too seriously as I’ve noticed some discrepancies but I think that’s the same for all activity watches. It looks good, easy to use and the functionality and screen editing is great.

Purchased 255 to replace 235 forerunner great improvements and battery holds charge for longer than original watch, control button layout make it easy to operate.

UPDATE: Very happy with my purchase! The clock is very easy to navegate! This is the garmin 255 it the former version of the 265 the difference is that the latest one has a touch screen and this one you need to use the lateral button to navigate thru the watch. I was concerned about this but in honestly it has everything I need and the touch screen can be over rated to pay 250 more euros for that feature. I'm really happy with my purchase

Impressed so far
Bought this as an upgrade to my Fitbit Charge 6 which had been a great starter watch but I wanted better data. Really impressed that you don’t need to pay to use the features on the Garmin app. Seems to meet all of my needs but offers other sports in the future. Great value too. Just need to spend some more time working out all of the features now I’ve mastered how to navigate the basics. ok like the Garmin Coaching Plans too. Battery life looks brilliant and is holding up well. Really pleased with my purchase.

Perfect Garmin if you like chunky
Absolutely love this watch, I had the forerunner 235 and wanted something similar. The 255 is perfect, chunky with a large face and exactly what I wanted. I have been looking for ages to replace my old my old Garmin. Really pleased x

GPS never [ ever ] connects.. I've had it 6 months and use a 5 year old watch as that has GPS.. I've read Manuel.. I've had advice.. I've tried this n that.. it does not work.. Wasted £230 very upset !!
