Low grade manufacturing
The stitching was literally Coming Undone the first day she wore it to school now this is a kid's backpack and should be built for rigor as kids like to drag and throw their stuff around my kid doesn't even do that kind of stuff and I've had to so both zippers and put a pin over them so the zipper handle doesn't rip right off because there's no zipper ends all the threads are coming loose anywhere where there is tension poor poor Manufacturing
