This creatine powder is exactly what was described and exactly what I was looking for.

I usually don't write product reviews, but I have been using this product since January 11th, 2024, and I will preach to the rooftops how good creatine is. I have been weightlifting since August and have noticed a significant improvement in my muscle definition and strength since starting to take 5mg of Creatine daily. Even when I go out of town I carry some so I don't miss a day. It even good for brain and muscle heath if you do not lift weightsThis product is simple and effective. I add the powder to my first jug of water in the morning, and after a good mix, it dissolves well and easily. Also, I love the unflavored versions as first thing in the morning I don't want a mange or berry blast flavor that other brands sell.It is important to note that this is not a miracle supplement. You are still going to have to push yourself in the gym, but it helps you get the most of every lift.

This is great creatine just for creatine’s sake. It isn’t mixed with any extra stuff. It is great to add to your supplement mixture at any time. I will admit, it doesn’t mix well. It’s chalky and gritty and has no taste. There is a lot of it here though.

I'm trying it for the 1st time. So far so good.

I like it. Mixes good enough. Very little taste.
