Book was lightly used and came in good shape

Great alternative to paying ridiculous prices for books. Also, I was very pleased with the quality. I was able to easily reference the materials during my exams and quizzes.

sooooo....I got my product a day late but it was due to renumbering of remodeled apartments w/ diff numbering...n e who.....the book was in tact no highlights....I actually am surprised but I read a lot of review before I decided to go w/ this company....good choice.....I wont be as hesitant next semester

This book was tremendously helpful and very relevant to businesses today. I learned a lot in my Masters level management class using this book. I also pass the class with a 98%.

The author of this book has shared the fundamentals of management in a very detailed and effective way for students to understand the levels of management. It also passes on a great wealth of knowledge to students emerging into the field of management.
