Not much really to say about it, it is Boron and does what I need it to do. It is a good quality. I haven't used any other so I have nothing to compare it to. I will order again when I run out.

I feel like I have more energy, better sleep, and less body aches taking this boron supplement. It is my first time supplementing boron, so I can't say how it compares to other brands.

Works as exspected but If u want to boost natural free testosterone levels I recommend taking 3 tabs daily first day take 4 then 3 a day until bootle runs out
