Convenient his connectors. Thea work great. I have bought multiple packs. I have used quick connect on my hoses before but these are great.These have advantages over ny previous quick connects.(1) previous were brass and more expensive. These are lighter weight plastic. The brass ones get difficult over time. These are easy kn and easy off.(2) previous brass allows water to pass when nothing is connected. As a result you had to turn the hose out to change nozzle. These are much better and allow you to change nozzles when the hose water is still on. No water passes though the connector when you disconnect the nozzle. Makes it easier to change nozzlesTurn to lock is a nice feature too.Lastly, I use these on my Yamaha 150 ports to flush the engines. Makes this task so much easier.Get them for $10 or less and that’s a fair price.

Works good, great quality, the connection work good no leaking , and easy to use , connecting and disconnecting , and still has great water pressure, so far very durable.!!!

Use case: I have more nozzles to attach and needed an option that included that.*These are easily attached. You’ll want to use Oatey or similar brand tape. Also, for the male, you’ll want a wrench to give the final twist (be careful not to over do it.*They connect and disconnect easily and there is a locking feature (haven’t found need for it).*There is no leaking at any of the attachment points or when connected.*There is no flow through on the female side so you’ll need to keep the nozzle on as you shut off and wait for the water to drain out.*There is flow through on the male side so be sure to let the nozzle fully drain (may need to give it a couple shakes).*The hose attachment remains attached (even in this heat) so we’ll see how well it does. The nozzles are not left out.All in all works great for me and the quantity of pieces is better than what I’ve found in stores.P.S. Aluminum oxidizes so they will require periodic maintenance (probably need to soak in vinegar and water combo; 1tbsp to 2cups). Unless it’s solid brass (not brass plating) it won’t be a set it and forget it option.

These are more durable than the plastic big-box store brands. They will last 2 to four years before the O-ring fails. They are also compatible with the popular all-brass quick connects. They also lock into place!Hint: if you put your little finger in the female connector and wipe off any depots or grit, you have a much better chance of a leak-proof connection. Also wipe off the outer surface of the male connection.

Make sure the connection is tight for the parts that screw in and that you have enough washers.I had to hand tighten really tight the part that screws on to the hose. That stopped the leak at the hose, thenI had to use extra washers and tighten with pliers to stop leak on my sprinkler head. No leaks at the quick connect part.Update: One annoyance, water will not run thru hose without the quick connect attached. So if you want to use the hose without attachments, you still need to attach the quick connect without anything attached to it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this because the comapny looked reliable, and it just seemed like a simple solid product. And yes I was correct, after using it, it works perfectly and no leaks and very easy to use and install.

Qds work well, easy to connect and disconnect. Also locks to avoid accidental disconnect. The problem I have is the female qd attached to the hose will leak where it’s screwed onto the hose if it’s been in the sun. Flowing water till it’s cool seems to work. Not very optimistic about the longevity of these qds.
