After dying, no matter how long, will there be a reaction with a chlorinated pool?

I've been using Grizzly Mountain for years. My beard is admired by many, and I've been in many pools and hot tub - the chlorine had no effect at all.

Can you use this on eyebrows?

I don't see why not. My friend uses this for his whole head. What was short light brown and white hair is now nicely textured light brown shades. If it works on beard and scalp hair, I'm sure eyebrows would be fine.

Does the light brown dye work with black hair

Go with the black, I have salt and pepper hair and the black works perfect for me.
