I wanted to write a review to offer a word of advice. I've owned and purchased two of these nice tools. And the advice I have for you is DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PLASTIC NIB OR THE CANNISTER. Why? Well that fine ultra sharp point will just when you think your safe poke threw your hygiene toiletry bag and just stab you! I was like how on earth does it keep finding me like this this way just constantly stabbing me?!?! Ugh! And what's worse I didn't keep the canister which would've helped. Now I keep the nib and canister close by as part of my ritual and always put them back together again when I'm done. Trust me don't lose that nib. And that's why I bought a second one lol. As for the point well it's much much sharper than your standard point you find in a black head set. I mean this thing is engineered! It does the job and I find it makes using it for the most delicate and exacting tasks a simple one done deal. Unlike other points that you literally have to jab it in. This one it's like instant zero resistance just works. Anyways

This item is ideal for the job. Pointy and sold to grasp. My only caution is to use with care, be sure to know how to perform the extraction and not cause skin rupture.

Great value! These have held up after alot of use and the needle is pointed enough that I don't "poke" around as much so it is helped with reducing skin irritation.

This is a great tool! Just watch out as the one end is very very sharp! Works well tho and does not hurt!

The tool is well made with just the right thickness but not too heavy. The needle point is very sharp & has a plastic topper to avoid accidental damage or dulling. The other end has a properly curved & smooth extractor loop which helps avoid skin damage.
