Did not work for me
So, a little background. My husband snores so his doctor recommended some nasal vents for him to try first before attempting a sleep study. He got some and raved about feeling like he could breathe better at night. He still snores, but the snoring has been reduced so it’s somewhat of a win. Anyhow, I have a lot of allergies and nasal swelling so the idea that something could help open my nasal passages at night to reduce mouth breathing was really intriguing. I tried a new pair from my husband’s set and while they did open my nasal passages they were very uncomfortable as they were too big. When I saw these I thought they might do the trick because there would not be a sizing issue and seemed better for someone with sensitive nasal passages like me. Unfortunately these did not work for me. First - there was no fit issue due to the design, so that was good, but they did were not comfortable either. They gave me a tickling feeling in my nose. I gave these a try for over a week, but the tickling feeling did not really lessen. On top of that they would not stay in. For about 10 nights in a row I would put these in following the directions before bed and I would wake up with them not in my nose. I’m unsure if they would just fall out (seems unlikely and they did not feel loose), or if they were so annoying to me even during sleep that I just pulled them out in my sleep. But either way waking up with these rolling around in my bed or on the floor is not the intended outcome. Finally, when I would put them in my nose they did improve air flow but only in a very minor way. Nothing at all like the vents my husband has. So seeing all the positive reviews perplexes me because they don’t open my nares up much at all, feel tingly/itchy in my nose, and do not stay in all night. I really wished these had worked - oh well- Going to try a smaller size of the type my husband has.

Not for the throat snoring.
This is a high-quality product, very well designed, and easy to use. However, this one is not designed for throat snoring.

Hard to believe, but this works!
I saw a few negative reviews but figured, for the price...I'd give it a try. According to my wife, it works about 95% of the time, which is pretty fantastic! I snore a lot and loudly. But it turns out that most of my snoring occurs in my nasal passages/back of throat and this opens the passages and stops the noise. I don't suppose this would work for everyone, depending on how you snore, but it is so easy to use and cheap to purchase! You get 4 of the clips and so far I have only used one, rinse it every morning and put it back in the case. Its simple, doesn't cause me to gag like the mouth guard anti-snoring devices, or feel squeezed by a chin strap. Its hardly noticeable at all and works nearly all the time!!! if it worked all the time, it would get my 5 star rating, but this is pretty darn close!!!

comes off while sleep
I think they work, because I feel more rested when I wake. The downside is they tend to come off while you are sleep. This is not good if you have pets or little children. They are choking hazards.

Poco tiempo de uso
Lo he usado por cerca de dos meses, el dispositivo puede funcionar aunque requiere mas tiempo para dar una opinion, algo incomodo a la hora de dormir pero nada que no se pueda soportar

Not sure if they work
I tried it 3 times & then gave up so I’m unsure if they really work or not. They feel uncomfortable & awkward at first. On one of the nights I woke up & realized it was not in my nose & found it buried in my bed sheets. After that I gave up.

It Works!
Every night I was waking up gasping for breath. I also suffered from acid reflux, particularly if I ate late. To stop snoring, I was using nasal spray to open sinuses thinking that would work, which it did help, so my snoring wasn't disturbing my wife so much. But hopping out of bed knocking over night stands, gasping for air was definitely disturbing her sleep. This device opened my airways enough to allow me to sleep peacefully and I have been using it for nearly 30 days, so for me it isn't a fluke, and I have not had any problems breathing and it apparently ended my problems with late night eating and associated acid reflux, a happy side benefit. I have no idea if it will work for everyone, but it worked for me. I actually look forward to going to bed now.I gave it a five for comfort, but the first week it was irritating and in my sleep I rubbed my nose with it in there and that hurt. In the beginning my nose would run, causing me to swipe at it, forgetting it was in there and even in my sleep I would swipe at it. But after a few weeks, my body and sleeping brain adapted. Or perhaps my nose just toughened up. Regardless of the reason, it feels comfortable now and even in my sleep I no longer swipe at it and apparently, my nose runs less, perhaps because my inner nose, toughened up and it no longer considers it an irritant. I really don't know, but now I have no issues with comfort. But even if it became irritable again, it is worth it not to choke, at least it is for me.

Way to small
I never thought I had a huge nose but these things do nothing. I am 6’ and the entire thing when in doesn’t hit either side of my nose. Probably work great for small nosesUpdate: the company reached out to me with another alternative they provided at no cost. What a wonderful surprise!
