I used to talk CALM magnesium powder before this, the flavored one you mix in water. Didn’t wanna put out the money for that again, so I got this magnesium instead. I read the other reviews first, so I didn’t mix this in water. I just put it in edible rice paper (like I do with all powder supplements) and washed it down. I highly suggest looking into edible rice paper if you have an issue with taking your powdered supplements or have been looking for an easier way. All in all, this magnesium product works just as good as the CALM packets.

The powder dissolves quickly and has no flavor in the water. It will settle some if it sits for a while. I gave it a 4 not because of the product but because of the directions on how to use it. The serving size is 500 mg or 0.5g but there is nothing to measure it with. Most households have volume measures like teaspoon, ml or cc but not weight measurements like grams. Food scales do not measure that small of a weight.

While it does have a mild laxative effect, I cannot seem to dissolve the powder (even after 2 days) and it remains very gritty.

Convenient MgCO3 powder, ready to use and apparently pure.

Was purchasing what I thought was the same product,it is NOT! Doesn't dissolve, taste horrible...not drinkable.
