Very useful if you are planing to transform yourself for example if you wanna run, jogging, hiking, or even cycling it makes your exercise easy and convenient.

Do not wear with your Dry Run Tops
The straps when locked around the body, it makes your Dry Run shirt run off. It’s like it is making scratches. It ruins your shirt. Even my running shorts, when the bag itself touches the bum part, it’s making the cloth run.

Very bad quality
I hardly used this product for 5 times and the neck of hydration bag got torn off. Now the product is just a carry bag & the main purpose of having this is not anymore. Totally disappointed
