Quick Wearing Pinions
I have been racing RC Dirt Oval and other forms of Oval Racing for almost 29 years, Some cars such as Pan Cars for Oval are OK with Aluminum Pinions due to the smooth surface racing. These will NOT hold up in off Road Racing, Dirt Oval Racing or anything that puts a lot of strain on the suspension and Transmission/Gear Box. I am only writing a review so that other just entering the Hobby will be aware that they will not like Aluminum pinions even though they shed a bit of weight. If you are racing or bashing as they call it and it is hard on the car these will not last, You will need STEEL Pinions, No Exceptions. Spend the extra money and get the right thing so you do not have to buy again for a good while......
