It works perfectly. The music they picked is amazing. A little bit of joy! Oh, and it is exactly as pictured.

This is really cute and fun, unfortunately, they just don't work well! Exchanged 3 times, one the window display didn't work, the second one the conveyor belt wasn't aligned properly and hung up, the third worked but had a very annoying squeak. It would have been a cute addition to my village. The grandkids are going to be disappointed, they liked it. Lemax, you need to work on this one!

The product itself is great! Upon the unboxing it was discovered that the power cord was missing and this particular item has no battery operation provision to operate, cord only. This was sent from "CITY LIGHTS COLLECTIBLES" which is in San Diego Calif. and advertise "old fashion customer service" yeah right.... Long story short the missing power cord was been conveyed to City Lights, one phone conversation to no avail and a sent E-mail showing the purchase, photos etc. to no response or satisfaction. The product and Amazon are fine but not impressed with "CITY LIGHTS COLLECTIBLES". Try to avoid them.

Part of the piece was loose and came off, which I glued back into position. Unfortunately, Lemax has gotten sloppy in workmanship but as a whole, the piece performs as advertised and expected.

This entire unit is disappointing. It’s cheap lightweight plastic. The older ones were thicker and had ceramic pieces. To top it off the other reviewers are correct about the loud screeching motor. It’s a single motor that powers all the movement so not much can be done. Unless Lemax returns back to the original quality I recommend staying away from them. It’s highly disappointing to say the least.

When we removed it from the box it would not light up or play music.We took it apart to find a loose connection that was keeping it from getting power.After working with it, it was able to start working.I love this village piece. It is my favorite one so far of all of the pieces I have been collecting.

In the name of this product it states that this is a pack of 2. I just received it today and it is only 1 item. Very disappointed.

When I received it there was no cord and it was a retuned item packed upside down I need to get a replacement cord

Very cute little factory. But right out of the box, the motor was noisy, as if it was working too hard, and finaly died 2-3 weeks after. Lights and sounds still working though. Would have cost me 65 to 95$ to ship it back to Amazon via Canada Post, so decided to keep that faulty unit.

The media could not be loaded. Despite not being able to initially find the adapter, I located it in a compartment in the polystyrene, and I’m now besotted with my truffle factory

Acquisto partito un po’ male poiché articolo arrivato danneggiato ed in parte non funzionante. Venditore però molto preciso e professionale, ha provveduto dopo pochi giorni alla spedizione dello stesso articolo nuovo ed al ritiro di quello danneggiato. Questa volta tutto in ordine! Villaggio semplicemente magico e molto colorato! Ben curato nei particolari! Prezzo molto competitivo rispettto a quelli valutati prima dell’acquisto!
