Difficult to inflate
Found it difficult to inflate fully. Otherwise a good product. I use it for pilates

Good quality
Easy to use and handle when exercising. Non-slip. Sturdy yet lightweight. Easy to blow up. Have to be super quick to put in stopper to prevent air loss in the ball...hence the 4 stars...Love the colour. Well recommended. Thank you. Linda 😊

Great ball!
I teach Rhythmic Gymnastics in schools but did not want to spend a fortune on professional balls. Plus this Yoga ball is lightweight and squishy so it is easier to handle.

Loses air pressure
This ball is easy to blow up but air is released putting the plug in, so is a little soft for squeezing between the knees.

Pilates Ball
The ball is very useful when doing Pilates. Its very good for placing under the lower back and for doing exercised that the tutor will suggest. A very good buy

Useful once inflated
This was not that easy to inflate but once done has proved a useful piece of equipment.

Exactly what I needed
My physiotherapist suggested that I buy this to put it behind on my back and gently roll up and down against a door or the wall. Definitely helping me and easing my back and neck pain. Value for money
