Well it does what it says

I really liked the product and would like to recommend y'all. It's working and I'm getting enough sleep. It tasted like normal jelly chocolate or gummies, it's really value for money product.

The media could not be loaded. Pretty good packaging, knocks me out.It also has l theanine and chamomile extract possibly making the effect of these a lot better. I do get deeper sleep, and fall asleep faster.Wouldn’t use it everyday without some doctors advise but good for resetting your sleep schedule once in a while.

Try at your own risk. Didn’t give sleep as expected. Flavour is good but I got itching all night due to this. Had to stop after 2 days. Total waste of money
