Our original EZ grip hose tore in half. I found this hose and bought the 35ft. This works great! Customer service rep helped me because there was a small cut in it and they sent me a new hose. Will buy their products again! Awesome hose!

This is the 2nd OVO hose that we have purchased for our Beam central vac system. We are very pleased with them for performance and pricing compared to the Beam central vac options. We opted for the 35' version for our family room area since we have more area to cover, while the 30' version works well in our upstairs.

Thought this would be great to replace an old (c. 1997) Vacu-flo hose. Wish it could have worked; looks like a quality product and it was compatible with various attachments but not with the power outlet, so it had to go back. Easy return, and my card was credited quickly.

Amazing! OEM hose for my system was priced well over $160.00! For a central vacuum hose? Unbelievable. This one was less than half the price and was a shot in the dark but worked out perfectly. In fact better than the original! It’s longer and lighter as well. Our original hose was destroyed by a thoughtless Tennant. Looked like they drove a truck over it. This one is truly crush proof. I walked on it to see what would happen! Passed with flying colors!

Just another reason I live the convenience of Amazon shopping! Called around looking for another hose for our central.vac with not much luck. Found one one Amazon, ordered it and it arrived in a couple days. Still apprehensive apprehensive, plugged it into my vacuum outlet, flipped the switch on the handle, perfection! This saved me so much running around, thank you for the great product and for making it available on Amazon!

Just received the replacement hose today and tried it out. Attachments fit perfectly on the handle end and the hose end fit the receptacle as well. So far, so good. The hose assembly is considerably lighter than the OEM Hoover hose. From an operational perspective, that is a good thing and the price is very good. At this point, we are very happy with the purchase.

Has on off switch seems decent enough, have only had for a week or so but seems good for the price

I purchased this hose as a replacement since the on/off switch on mine went bad.Item looks great and fits perfectly with my current DuoVac accesories. Description says crushproof, while I have not that directly, hose kinks easily which makes me doubt on it. My previous hose was much more rigid on that. However given that this one is 1/3 the price of a replacement of my original one I do not really mind.
