What an awesome invention! I have lower back issues and need to ice my back every day. I've always had to do this laying down to keep the ice pack against my skin. This allows me to wear the ice pack around the house or in the car. Very cleaver design. The pump pushes the ice pack closer to the skin for better contact. It's freed me from icing in my bed! I can garden in it, walk any where in it, even go grocery shopping with it on. The velcro ice pack adheres firmly to the belt so there is no slippage. I also REALLY appreciate that the outside material of the ice pack isn't ridiculously freezing cold like a plastic one. I"m not being paid for this review and I didn't get it for free. I am just a happy customer. Kuddos to the inventor!

Love this product. I have suffered with sciatica on and off for years. Always had to lay on my stomach with a pea bag on my lower back for inflammation control. The ice pack for this product adheres on the wrap with velcro strip on the inside. Once attached, it allows for you to place it anywhere on your back, and then the wrap can be pulled tight and secure. However my favorite thing is the air pump, which you pump by hand to really press the gel pack into the curves and wrinkles of your back. Once done, you can easily walk and/or sit while the cold goes to work.

I am so happy with the back wrap. I have lower back issues and have tried many products, but nothing has worked as well as this. The pump on this wrap Provides for a nice snug fit so it stays nicely in position to target my problem area. The gel back also stays cold for a very long time, so I can just sit and relax. Also, I'm able to pump up the desired pressure, unattach the pump and I am able to walk around doing my daily activities with the wrap on. Truly a great product. The seller was extremely kind and answered all of my questions before buying and made the process easy. Nice communication!

The ice pack takes a long time to freeze and then doesn’t last all that long. Still if you have an achy back, you’ll appreciate his. The hand pump is of limited value to me but maybe it helps others. I’m happy with it but probably more of a 3.5 stars than 4

Absolutely loved this wrap. The velcro strap is not only comfortable but very adhesive. You won't have to worry about it coming apart. My favorite part is the combination of the cooling gel, which stays cool for a long time, and the pump that applies pressure to the area. The combination of the two really provides reliefe to aching muscles and joints. Would definitely recommend.

I am recovering from a motorcycle accident and this ice pack has been wonderful. Great coverage, stays in place, stays cold. The compression is fantastic. I can easily place this on my back, hips, or my ribs. I wish I had one of these years ago. I can also be up & moving around. This thing is awesome.

I bought this and the one for me knee. These are so comfortable and stay cold for a long time. I also enjoy the fact that you can add compression with these. I had a few questions and Pam from the pain Soothers was rapid in her replies and helping me.

eally love this back wrap. Having the pump is the best part. It allows the gel pack to press against my back and get the cold right to the painful area. It remained cold for a long time. I highly recommend this back wrap for pain.
