I used this to charge my Iphone X with a leather case on (as I have been told I should be able to do) and the phone got extraordinarily hot overnight. I checked the bottom and there is a melted hole in the plastic. This is pretty terrifying as I slept with this on my nightstand fairly close to my head. I will wait for Apple's charger to come out before I feel confident using a wireless charger again.

Bought an iPhone 8, bought the Belkin wireless charger at the Apple store. It works fine but it's HUGE! Tried using it at work but didn't like having this huge white round thing on my desk, so I thought I'd give this a try. Love that it's maybe half the size and black so it's much less conspicuous. Plugs into a USB port for power and seems to charge the phone more quickly than the Belkin. Plus it was only $10 vs. $59 for the Belkin. I love not having to plug a wire into the phone, just lay it on there and it charges.

Having a new iPhone with wireless charging, I wasn't interested in the $60 option at the Apple store, but this was ~$10, and works flawlessly. I sits on my desk and for whatever reason is just that much easier than plugging in the phone. One thing to note, there is a small LED light that indicated charging status. On my desk I don't notice, but if this were on a night stand, it might be pretty annoying.

I would not buy this product! I’ve been using it about a month. Last night It got so hot the back melted and burned a hole in itself and left a mark on my night stand. . Fortunately my phone had fallen off of it so it didn’t hurt it. But what if it had caught fire!!!

Phone has to be exactly in center or phone will not charge. If it gets bumped or table it sits on does and moves a little you’ll wake up to a dead phone.

Small but gets the job done. I love it. It charges my s6 and s8. It charges fast. I can take it anywhere and it doesn't take too much space. The charger has a soft texture to it, slim not too bulky. The cord is not too long but not too short either. I think its just right.

Works Great for iPhone 8. Didn't think I'd need or use this, but, lazily, it is awesome. Just drop your phone on it and it is ready to go in the AM.

Great little item and charges quickly; bought it for a gift and then found that it doesn't work for Apple; so kept it for myself for my android...works great!
