Tools you may need.
The media could not be loaded. Overall: The faucet is beautiful. Worth every penny. I had a Franke faucet I purchased when I remodeled my home in 2004 and it lasted 15 years. Occasionally something on the head went bad but Franke always promptly sent me a replacement at no charge.Installation: Installing the faucet was very simple. The hardest part was getting my old faucet uninstalled. There was such little room underneath. I eventually gave up trying and purchased a basin wrench (see image above). Once I had that tool, I was in business with just a little effort to remove the old faucet. If Franke is reading this, I'd suggest adding this tool as part of the instructions for installation.Water Pressure: I mentioned the water pressure in my video. The reason I bought a new faucet was because the water pressure coming out of the old Franke faucet was very weak. Probably just time to get a new one. The new faucet pressure is totally amazing proving it wasn’t the pressure in my water line.Decision Point: When I originally shopped around for a new faucet I was trying to pay as little as possible, but I knew better, and in the end, I chose Franke. While it was a hefty $350.71, I'm so glad I didn't just focus on price. Kitchen faucets are probably the most used, of any faucet, in the house. It pays to spend a little extra to get one as good as this Franke faucet. Well made! Looks great! And, more importantly, works beautifully! Kudos to the Franke engineers!

Very sturdy!
Not a low-costs bargain faucet like the $75-100 ones at Home Depot and Lowes. Those are fine if that's what you want, but this cost more and is 100% worth it. Feel very sturdy, solid. Sprayer works great... no hesitation. Expect it to last for years!

Excellent product
I purchased this as a replacement for the same faucet, just the newer version. The original faucet lasted 12 years, and if I wasn't such a perfectionist probably could have lasted a few more years. This new version of itself is quite beautiful, very functional and attractive. It's more of a lower profile faucet, which is what I was looking for. I highly recommend this product, and any other Franke product. When I renovated my house, I chose Frankie for the faucets, sinks, drains.

Beautiful design; well made.
Great faucet in every way. Smooth functioning, love the brushed finish, love the push spray button, swivels nicely.I took one star off only because the water comes out at an angle; I wish the flow came down, not out. Good thing I have a big sink. And you have to have a good amount of pressure/water volume to get the spray to work. But I love it. Great faucet!

Excellent value.
Excellent faucet both in appearance and in functionality. It is extremely sturdy and the water comes out in a smooth, steady stream.

Love this faucet
Very solid and sturdy in the hand. All metal construction great alternative to the KWC which was too pricey at 1000.00Absolutely love it!

Caution looks good but unreliable
Have had the faucet for a couple of months now. The pros - very nicely built with a nice weight to it. The lever action feels smooth and precise. It looks and feels expensive. The Negatives - Compared to most faucets the diameter of the faucet is thin. I feel this faucet is more appropriate for a bar sink. Not only does it looks thin but also feel the small diameter affects the performance. The pressure it creates is just too strong . This would not be a problem as you could just regulate the pressure with the position of the lever but the problem is as soon as you decrease the volume of water the sprayer will disengage. To make matters worse the faucet is positioned to spray at an angle so if you have a medium to small sink you will have water splattering all over. I feel the faucet is not well engineered by Franke for everyday practical use.UPDATE 09/2020One year later the faucett has failed . A compression coupling that connects the hose started leaking causing damage to cabinets and making quite a mess. This is not something you can go to Home Depot and get another coupling. These are unique to Franke.I contacted customer service and they requested I send pictures of the failing part . I did this and the next day I received a service order in my email stating the part had shipped . Ten days later no part so I called Franke again . I was advised the part was on back order until end of Nov. They did not advise me until I called or else I'd still be waiting for part. I let them know their product and service was not good .I had to bite the bullet and buy another faucett as you can probably imagine not going to tell the wife she cant use the sink and faucett for two more months. In summarry I would recommend staying away from Franke products . Bad design, bad enginering , unreliable and bad customer service .
