I ordered the XL and it fit snug, the way that I hoped that it would. I am for 5'6 and weight 200lbs. I wore my vest the day after I got it in while cleaning. Wow!! I didn't realize I could sweat that much while cleaning. It really worked! I can't wait to wear it for my workouts!!The only con that I have for this is that it cuts into my underarm. I'm not sure if its because of my bust size or because I am a little chubby in that area, but I plan to figure out a way to make it work.

Man is all I can say about this shirt it came in right before I was heading out for my 5 mike walk and I was like shoot why not wear it now?! It did have a little smell but I still wore it and boy am I glad I did this shirt did wonders today made me sweat like melting ice in the sun minus the wet feel! I’m 214 ibs 5’5 and got xl it fit snug, but that’s what you want!

Honestly, I am very skeptical on these kinds of products. But I am so glad I tried this out! I put this on for about 10 minutes BEFORE I even ledt my gouse for the gym ( I live about 30 minutes from the gym) and I could tell my core was a lot warmer! In just ten minutes. Left it on during my cardio and abs day and I am EXTREMELY sweaty! Nice part is the sweat didn't go through and onto my workout clothes! I highly recommend this!!!

I am 34 and in a size 18-20. I ordered this last week and it got to me in 2 days. I ordered a 3x and it works wonderfully! Great buy!

I love it!! I am 5'4 and weight 230..I bought the 2x and it fits nice and tight. The best thing I love is that it is long in the torso area. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is trying to help minimize belly hang especially after having children or dropping weight.

It fits according to the sizing chart and is very comfortable. I wear it when I work out at home and I don’t feel like it hinders my ability to move while I’m wearing. You will definitely sweat!! Had to remove one star because it does bunch up on the bottom for me during a workout.

I am 5’ 4” 190lbs at the time of purchase. I also have a short torso. It fit from shoulders to hips. I bought a large based on reviews. It took some time to get this on, day one but it will stretch out as you wear it, as it was easier day two. Follow the instructions. Feet first. It does make you sweat more than normal. It can be a bit uncomfortable and it did itch around the shoulder/arm area while working out. I probably would be more comfortable if I followed the size chart and got an xl or am xxl but the idea is for this to compress like shapewear which it does. And I hope that I lose weight so the large was the right idea. If wearing a top with sleeves or dress with sleeves and a high back, it will be covered. I am only using this during workouts.

I like this product.. I been ill for about a month and a half now so I haven't use it as much as I'd like. I have worn it during a recent Line Dancing class, and have worn it doing house work and running errands. I'll be able to use it more when I'm back into the Gym. The times I did wear it I did find that I could have gotten a smaller size. I think when I'm over my sickness, I'm going to order a smaller size. This vest does make me sweat!! The harder I work and move the more I sweat!!
