Tank born date was only 6 months purchase. All the correct ratings.You will need to have it tested if you are having it filled at a scuba shop. I have purchased from seller in the past and if you have a problem they will try to rectify it.

High quality cylinder.
I have a FX bottle and this is by far built to withstand higher pressure. The carbon walls are woven much thicker than the FX but somehow it's the same outer diameter. Great bottle.
