What they claim is what you experience!
This has become my only saviour when it comes to horrible migraine attacks. It's unbelievable how quickly there's short term relief in the headache till it's cold enough. For better results, buy two of these and use in alternation because it can't retain the coldness for more than 20-25 min.Overall a great product.. it can be used to relax yourself even after a hard days work.

A great product for a relief
Bought this for my wife, as she has sinusitis, she really felt Comfortable after using this product. Even sometimes when i feel Dizzy or Having a head ach this really gives a Good Feel.Cons :It last only for a some minutes and the cold part to the eyes is hard to get,All over i am satisfied with the product.. its a good to Go product

The cap is okay, doesn't stay cool for longer but nice.
Cap is okay but seller is not sending complete pack. The zipper bag is missing which is mentioned on the package, and it supposed to be uses to freeze the cap.There is NO RETURN. We exchanged but Still zipper is missing.Try another seller.

Gives a bit of relief but not significant during chronic migraine.
Better to buy 2-3 at a time because it looses temp very quickly like 3-4 mins and even if it is making any difference with single piece it wont give that relief. So i think like having one then replacing with other if it gets warm in rotation could be better.
