The quality is good, and it improves your sleep quality too . I don’t see any real side effects since it is to be used in moderation as mentioned on the bottle. Overall , a great value for money deal .

The effect will be know in a few months. To me I’m using for 2 months. The back muscles effect is appearing good as sleep is more sound
