Back in early April, I fell (or flew) down the staircase in my home and shattered my left ankle with a high impact triple compound fracture. I was lucky that there happened to be a specialist in that sort of injury in a nearby hospital because otherwise, I could have had to suffer an amputation. I am still in a boot with a cane or walker going through physical therapy, but at least he didn't have to amputate. But throughout my recovery so far, I've been alone for the most part. So I've had to add this into some of my drinks. It tastes delicious and quenches my thirst. It has literally saved me throughout this unpleasant obstacle in my life!

Hydralyte is fantastic! I was weary after trying most of the other big brands out there. My friend recommended this to me because they said the flavors are good and most importantly, it dissolves in water without having to stir it. I said, "No spoon? YEAH RIGHT!" But it's true. Empty the Hydralyte packet in your cup of choice and just add water. Not to mention, the flavors are pretty bomb. My favorite is the Tropical, but to each their own. You can't go wrong and you have to stay hydrated these days, so you know what? Try this stuff, you won't be disappointed.

I do have a problem drinking water, it’s boring. I’m constantly dehydrated so I’ve looked into hydration packs. The flavors are okay, the sugar content is wild and not what I was expecting. Otherwise 4 stars.

I don't know the last time I wrote a review, let alone a BAD one; but I just had to on these. I have tried many varieties of these electrolyte powders. This brand ties for the worst! The other is by Basis. Both my husband and myself like more tart or "dry/sour" tasting things, so I thought we might actually like these over what the reviews said....NOT The taste wasn't too dry or tart...the taste was either "Funky" or an attempt to make it "Sweet", but just made it Sickly Sweet AND Funky. The Lemon/Lime was the only reasonable one. The Blood Orange had very little taste at all, and the other 2 (Apple & Tropical) were just that "Funky Sweet" previously mentioned. I really don't see how they got so many positive reviews! Needless to say I will never be buying these again.

I started using these when our temperatures began to rise over the 90s this summer and so glad I did. These are lower in sugar and salt but they work very quickly when I drink them after gardening and outdoor work. This bag had multiple flavors so I could test which ones I liked. So far I like them all and will order again. I keep one mixed in the refrigerator all the time and they are so easy to carry/pack when traveling, hiking or any outdoor work or sports.

I am a moderately active person and I try to drink over 100 oz of water a day. I find that Hydralyte is a convenient product that is low in calories that helps me drink more water throughout the day. I also like the simple flavors and the light effervescence. I have also found it helpful in helping me with next day hangovers. This is a great product that I highly recommend.

I love all the flavors in this variety pack. They were packed with flavor, especially compared to similar products I’ve tried that are too watery. I also like that there isn’t too much sugar added to them. They helped keep me hydrated as I got over a recent cold, and I look forward to trying them out on my runs!

All of the flavors in this variety pack were very very tart and harsh. I did everything I could to try to return them but by the time I realized it it was too late. I can tolerate a lot of bad tastes but this was extremely difficult to get down. I feel like they may have been trying to get rid of all their worst tasting products in one bag and this was it . terrible
