A breathable rain jacket is not going to make you sweat like you've been in a sauna room for hours when you wear it for a couple of minutes, it's the same as any cheap plastic rain cover you buy from local grocery store.Update on 01/24/2023: it was raining heavily today, I decided to use the rain jacket thinking it will protect me from the falling rain and keep me dry, but instead I got a wet work shirt, wet cell phone, wet wallet, and wet headphones because it was all put inside the rain proof jacket.

I usually wear a 3x in most tops or jackets, a 2x fits well and there is room for a hoodie underneath as well, great build quality. The hood has a lip to fit over a baseball cap, which is a bonus.

I am a tall woman at 5'10" and this jacket is just a bit too long for me. But if you are 6' and over, it should be great!It seems to run a big large also. Overall a great comfy jacket to have on hand when I need something lightweight to make deliveries for my store.
