I have baby fine hair and not a lot and absolutely no body to it. This shampoo is a game changer for me. I can't tell you the difference in my hair after using this shampoo and conditioner. It is truly amazing!!!! So much body and my hair feels so clean and and healthy. Give it a try, both products....you won't be disappointed.

There are so many shampoos and conditioners out there for thinning or fine hair--I'll just say that I think this Matrix High Amplify really does something to make your hair appear thicker and fuller. I'm not sure if it is some residue it leaves on the hair or how it works, but I notice a big difference when using this. It is not claiming to do anything to alter the growth of your hair--most shampoos that do make those claims don't really work, but this is just altering the appearance and it does really add volume.

Matrix products are pretty reliable and this one works for my 'stupid' hair most of the time. Sometimes it frizzes it up and i have to try a second of their products but i have baby fine thin nothing per square inch hair that has been difficult to stay on top of since in was 15 yrs old (am now 71). Overprocessing plays havoc with it but Matrix shampoos are gentle and useful in my efforts.
