Hit the Nail on the Head!
If I had this book when I started in sales management, it would have shortcut my learning curve and helped me avoid mistakes. For me, Part III really hit home. It's an area sales management leaders struggle to implement. Accountability! There's a delicate balance between holding team members accountable and coming across like a jerk. This book helps you implement an accountability culture without losing the respect of the team. Read it! Digest it! Implement it!

only great resource out there for sales leaders
I’ve looked long and hard for a playbook to recommend to sales leaders. Leading Growth is it! It’s got everything from how to create buy-in around your vision, to specifically tackling every obstacle you’ll encounter as a sales leader. I highly recommend this book to any sales leader looking for a practical guide to set and execute your vision.

I wish I had this book 20 years ago
I have witnessed (and done myself) the very obstacles to growth that Anthony writes about. All too often business leaders say they want growth, but don't understand why- which is why my first highlight in this book is the quote from Edward Abbey, "Growth for the sake of growth is the ideology of a cancer cell."From understanding that what you sell matters little compared to how you sell to identifying what you want and why, to then how to manage change with your team and communicate- all the way to how to manage your decision making style and holding people accountable- Anthony has identified the pitfalls and potholes to growth that every leader needs to be aware of. This is a book that will guide you along the path of growth that is more predictable and much less stressful.

Full Disclosure....I'm a HUGE Iannarino fan!
I devour every book, blog and course Anthony writes, but "Leading Growth" might be his best yet. Anthony makes you rethink everything you thought you knew about sales leadership.Today, buyers are suffering from a crises of confidence. Between inflation, information overload, increased buyer groups, and political uncertainty, it's difficult for sellers to differentiate their solutions and "Provide Level 4 Value."As Anthony points out, it's the leader's job to master the blueprint of how to be a sales manager, how to communicate, and how to make sure that your team is doing the right things at the right time in the right way, so you can succeed and grow, grow your revenue.Anthony delivers on this promise and more!

Another home run from Anthony
I get a new sales book sent to me every day, mainly since my #SalesGameChangersPodcast has had over a million interactions. We brought Anthony Iannarino to speak at the Institute for Excellence in Sales in 2015 and we've been following his work closely since then.Just read his new book "Leading Growth: The Proven Formula for Consistently Increasing Revenue." I read every thing that is sent to me. I read this book twice since I got it. It's thoughtful, considerate, and in tune with the times. If you're in sales, I recommend it.
