These are great! Nothing like past ones I got for our dog food which were half as thick and whose tabs really did break off quickly. I read another review that said that happened to them with these and I can’t see how. Maybe because another review advised to always make sure you have the tabs lined up properly before locking, and I’ve always done that. Or maybe they fixed some problem in manufacturing since then? They are thick, sturdy, and hold a tight seal. The locking mechanism is well made and easy to unlock without force.I have not used them for liquid that is being carried around in a lunch bag so I can’t speak to that. But to store leftovers in the fridge they are fabulous and a great size! I don’t use any plastic in the microwave anymore because even the best quality plastic out there breaks down and gets melted, cracks, distorts, or absorbs stains eventually and that’s not safe. I also only hand wash my plastic because again even the most expensive quality eventually gets marks, cracks, and a haze on the top rack. Since switching over to hand washing all my clear plastic still looks brand new even years later. That ended up mattering more to me than convenience, because this stuff is not cheap.

This company makes a great product. I need to purchase some larger sizes when they become available.

The perfect container for small leftovers, either from a dinner or from a can of tomato sauce, that insures air tight and ease in reopening. Excellent item for purchase for those who live alone and do not want to waste food.

I love Lock N Lock and this little bowl is the right size for small left-overs. Just my hubby and I at home now, and most of my bowls are too big for little tidbits of food, and this little container does the job. I can highly recommend.

The description of this container says that it seals airtight and leak proof. Not true. I ordered two and they both leak fluid. They don't even have to be tipped over to leak. A bit of jostling that splashes the seal causes leaking that runs down the outside of the container making a ring on the surface the container is resting on. I am very disappointed. I'd use them only for dry stuff.
