As others have noted, It came kind of smashed in in a plastic bag. Oddly enough, the bag was in a nice box which should easily protect this nice hat. After less than 20 minutes I was able to correct its shape. It’s light, yet has a sturdy feel and fits nice on my head. It’s about sized correctly for an extra large. It stays on nice but is not too tight to feel uncomfortable. Couldn’t fit better actually. It’s more of a black gray with a silver sheen. Total gangsta. I really like this hat and it’s well worth the price. 1 star deducted for the senseless treatment of the hat during shipping.

So I wasn't expecting much when I ordered this because eof the price but I figured I would take a shot and see how it turned out. I agree with other reviews that the way the item is shipped is just asking for trouble. I received mine in an Amazon plastic padded envelope with only a thin plastic support for the hat inside. I can't believe it didn't arrived a squished mess! That being said it did insur some dents and dings upon arrival which you can see in my photos.I absolutely love the color and it matches perfectly with the outfit I planned to wear it with. It is really a cute had but I feel like if they took better precautions when shipping it would be perfect. I considered sending it back but decided just to keep it hoping my head will help smooth the dents out when I wear it.Sizing is great and this hat is big head friendly

I ordered athe smaller size because I was afraid of the large being too big, but I should have went with a large. Hat fits very snug, I never measured, but I suggest measuring and following the size chart. Don't judge according to reviews. Like I did. Lol, it will still work, I have a lot of hair, definitely get the bigger size if you have a lot of thick hair! Also, the tan isn't so tan, I'd say it's a shade darker from the beige. I went with the tan because beige was out if stock, and it was a good choice. Also, hat is shipped in a bag, but it comes with a hard plastic protective liner inside. No creases or wrinkles! Thanks, I will purchase again for my son!

For the price and the quality it's a great cheap summer hat. I bought two of them. They will send this out in a soft package and It will be smashed when you get it. I returned the first one i ordered because it was beyond hope. The replacement one also arrived in a soft package with no protection whatsoever. i put it into shape by hand and stuffed it with tissue paper and let it sit over night. it's still got some small creases from the shipping damage, but it's wearable. I even bought another one in a different color. if they charged $5 more for it and shipped it in a box to protect it, I would give it a 5 star rating. The hat is great, but the packaging for shipping is horrendous.

Arrived in a box. There was a plastic insert to help the hat keep its form. Fit is perfect. I've bought a lot of hats and had to return them because of fit. Not with this one. In fact, I purchased two more of them. Happy buyer.

Bought one - liked it soo much I bought a second. I don't know why some folks are saying they arrived crushed. Both of mine were delivered with a hard plastic shell under the hat and in spite of one being delivered in a mailing envelope = perfect condition.

I received this hat almost a year ago - it fit perfectly - and not a day goes by that I am not complimented on it when out in public. There's something about the style or its appeal to others that invoke the complements, so I am, right now ordering ANOTHER one because after a year, it is beginning to show some wear and tear - which is normal! I would recommend this hat for anyone wanting a change in style or, to cover the lack of a haircut as a result of the virus shutdown!

I measured and I’m 22” around. The small medium says it fits 22” and I’m having to buy sizers so it doesn’t fly off my head with the first breeze that hits it, it’s quite big. It’s cute otherwise. I am concerned how it will hold up to rain however as it’s paper.

Very cute hat but won’t last long. The band has to be adjusted constantly to cover up the frayed bits of the hat. Will be lucky to get a summer out of it.

My son loves his new fedora. It’s fun, and breathable. He never goes out without his new fedora.

Good value but too big, it was returned.
