Decent Price and Satisfactory Shipping Time
You can pay more to buy from someplace that makes them faster, but if you plan ahead enough to give yourself a week or two, the price of these makes them an attractive choice. One recommendation to the seller: in placing my order, you offered an up-sell on some feature that was not clearly described. Perhaps you should do a better job describing how that upgrade feature is better before asking for us to pay it. And to potential buyers, beware that the upgrade price initially appears to be on the overall order when in fact it is added to every single bracelet!

Great customer service
The first order I got the ink all ran off as soon as they got wet. I contacted customer service and the order was redone pretty quickly and re shipped. They were exactly what we expected. I appreciate how quickly the bracelets were remade and sent out.

After one month of wearing all the lettering has rubbed off. I would not purchase these again.
