I live in a legal state and have ordered these many times. now it says can't be delivered to my address. why?

Seems very odd to me, I also live in a legal state and have never had an issue, I would write directly to them, to their direct customer service people. I hope that's some help,

Why won't job or zigzag deliver to my home address? what is the restriction?

some states do not allow papers or cones to be shiipped
