I have had this mattress (12" firm- full size ) for over 2 years now and it is still as supportive and comfy as the first night! I have tried several different all foams, hybrids, you name it I have tried and returned them! But this mattress is TOP QUALITY! HERE iS WHY...1). I have allergies and asthma. Not with this mattress! Zero issues!2). A car accident required shoulder surgery and spinal issues. Very supportive! Restful sleep!3). I sleep on my sides mostly but sometimes my back. As a curvy elderly female? It hugs my curves with support and keeps my body aligned.4). When on my back? It literally cups my "buns" and supports the very curvy small of my back too! And yes! Keeps my spine straight!Even better proof?? My king doberman and 2 German shepherds try to take over the bed when I fall asleep! They love it too! Guess I need a bigger mattress? If I ever do? I would no doubt get this mattress brand and depth again....just maybe a king size next time!Additional note: Great side support. No rolloff worries! Corners are still straight, and no dip-dentation marks from body weight like some gel foam mattresses...those eventually hurt your back...I know I had one and a thought comfy at first? Threw it out a year later....This mattress? 2 years old and 5 months and still perfect!! I highly recommend!Sweet Dreams!!

I like this mattress. It’s fairly firm so you don’t just sink into it but still soft enough to be very comfortable in my opinion. I love memory foam mattresses and I want to love this mattress but none of the corners ever fully expanded and a couple of them are extremely obvious.I ordered a 12 inch full size mattress. The middle of the mattress fully expanded to 12 inches, but none of the corners did. A couple of them are not far from 12 inches, maybe only an inch or two shy of 12 inches, but the other two corners are probably only 7 or 8 inches even after waiting several weeks to see if they would ever fully expand.As such, the mattress looks weird and the bottom of my bed feels like it has almost no support since the corners are only barely 50% as expanded as they should be. It’s not even just the corners, it’s like the entire bottom foot or so of the mattress never expanded fully but the corners are worse. I put the worse two corners at the bottom since it would be very uncomfortable laying on them if they were at the top because your head would be angled down.So I’ve waited almost an entire month now and only slept on the bed twice since I was waiting to see if the corners and the bottom end of the mattress would ever expand. It is comfortable but I don’t like how it looks or how it feels to try to sit near the end of my bed. The mattress doesn’t hold you and you basically just slide off since the foam never expanded completely.I am in the process of going through Amazon support to get a replacement at this point. I hate to be “one of those customers” but at the same time I know this bothers me and will continue to bother me. I don’t want to pay over $400 for a mattress that I’m not satisfied with.If I can get a replacement and the corners expand properly on it, I will definitely change my rating to 5 stars because I do really like this mattress other than the issue I’m having with the corners.Edit: so I have talked to Amazon support twice and was told someone from Amazon support would get back to me to help with getting a replacement. So far no one from Amazon support has followed up with me. I’m a little disappointed in amazons support right now because of this.However the seller saw my review here and reached out to me independently. Apparently they pay close attention to the reviews on their products. That’s a big kudos to them.They were very kind and understanding about the situation. They generously offered me a couple of different options to resolve this issue I was having. Both options they offered were more than enough to make up for this issue and they were happy to quickly answer all of my questions about each option.As such I am updating this review to 5 stars because I like the mattress, it’s very comfortable, firm but not too firm, and the seller went out of their way to personally reach out to me and correct the issue for me so that I was happy with my purchase. Plus the sellers customer support was very kind and understanding. I definitely appreciate good customer service. Amazon support dropped the ball a little bit on this one, but the seller stepped up and did a great job at making this right.For those reasons this mattress and the seller in general deserve 5 stars.

I always read the fine print on products I buy so I know EXACTLY what I'm getting. That being said, my king size mattress that arrived is 80 X 78 . So this is not king ( 80 X 72 ) or california king ( 80 x 74 ). The product description gives these king sizes to choose from. My old sealy mattress is 14in high so I thought I could really stretch my king size sheets over my new 10 in high mattress ,nope. now I have no fitted sheets to fit this mattress. I only buy percale so good luck to me! Don't know what to do about this. As for the mattress itself? Outstanding! Arrived 3 days earlier than expected and securely wrapped. easy to set up just take time to cut plastic wrap. I took off the cover and turned the heat up in the room to help it expand. In two hours it was at 9 in high, 6 hours later it was fully at 10 in! I think taking off the cover made a difference in the corners, as I didn't have a problem as others with them expanding. No smells and NEVER slept better in years! I've had several foam, gels, tempur, etc. mattresses, and have had allergies to all, this mattress I've had none of these problems. pictures show what it looked like when taken cover off. as you can see, the corners expand awesome. the cover is the best cover I have ever had too. easy on and easy off. LOVE how comfortable this mattress is, Just don't know how to rectify sheet problem!
