Loved my first set so much I ordered a second set. Heavy glass, quality dispenser pump and beautiful color. Highly recommend.

I had been searching for a refillable foam soap dispenser for quite some time and this one is a winner. From it's elegant design to it's quality. It is a great product. The stainless steel pump continues to work very smoothly after using it over 3 and a half months in our main bathroom, and still looks as new.Glad to have found this refillable foam soap dispenser and no longer have to buy the single use plastic ones!

Like many people, mine worked great for a period of time and then stopped. One is still working fine but the pump has stopped working on the other one. Someone was using the broken one who has a reputation for being rough so I'm not sure where the fault lies. Regardless, I'm saddened that there are not available replacement pumps.The glass is very heavy and sturdy . I like this because some soap dispensers are too light and are too easy to knock over or slip when you use them. That said, I still managed to knock this one over (entirely my fault) and it actually chipped my sink basin so now I have a little hole in my sink. Again, my fault, but maybe the lighter ones aren't so bad.

Works great as a soap dispenser, especially if it's a foaming soap

They designed as beautiful, but the pumps went out after 6 months and faltered a lot during that time. I am glad they are glass bottles because I can recycle and if I cannot find appropri replacement pumps.

When we received these items, one of the jars had a large crack. After returning the set the next day, the vendor immediately shipped replacements. We received both items right away and filled these beautiful jars with liquid soap. We are very pleased with the product, and especially the exceptional customer service. Thank you so much!!!

The glass bottles are a big step above this company’s cheap plastic ones, but the pump components are the same cheap materials. The pumps will lock up and malfunction within months, rendering the dispenser useless. I would have been willing to pay more for better pump parts but I should have known that the increased price was only for the glass bottle; the pumps are just as cheesy as in this company’s plastic foam soap dispensers. Never buying from this company again.

I have been using these for less than a year and they look really beautiful but they became hard to press down over time. One of them also developed a squeak noise when pressed

This product is exactly what I wanted and expected when ordering. The price for a 2 pack was reasonable. The bottle is clear and heavy enough not to tip or move when using. The shape is square so fits on corner of counter well. The dispenser is black. Not shiny but yet not a dull matte finish, which is very nice. The dispenser is working well with foaming soap.

This is the third foaming soap dispenser that I ordered on Amazon, the last two were bad…didn’t foam, clogged, etc. I was almost scared to try another but my husband really wanted a foaming soap dispenser. This one is sturdy, looks good and IT FOAMS!!!!! Just like I wanted. I can’t speak to the finish lasting since it’s new, but it foams so I’m happy.
