High visibility
Very bright and great visibility for night running or biking. They do slide back a bit, but still stay attached.

Good idea needs tweaking
Good brightness. Used for dog walks. Held on by tension which was uncomfortable. Lost one when it worked it way off my shoe (I thought it had just worked it’s way to a comfortable position).

They are okay...
Just want to say that the battery lasts me a week.Con's: they don't stay on my shoe - fixed this by using velcro squares, stays in place now. Also if you want the button to be on the outside of the shoe it is best to switch the button sides. Have 1 right side button and one left side button. Not two rights.I made it work.

Highly recommended buy for night runners.
I’m a diehard night runner, and was in search of something that will illuminate me in someway during the cold, winter months; these are it. They grip really well into running shoes, have a static and blinking setting, and are bright enough to make sure you’re seen by oncoming drivers. Highly recommended for all the night runners

for the number of times it has stayed on my shoe out of 5 runs.
I have had a similar heel spur light from Nathan’s that has beengreat. The only drawback is that it is not rechargeable. I bought this because it wa the same concept and rechargeable. That part of it and the brightness has been great. The only problem, which happens to be a major issue, is that it won’t stay on my shoe and has fallen off on 4 out of 5 runs (tried with different shoes as well). While a good light, it has been relegated to a handheld after it falls off my shoe. The studs need to be longer or sharper to ensure a secure grip on the shoe.

They don't stay on.
I got these because often I ride home from work in the dark and thought that wow what a great idea. I am one of those riders that follow the law and ride in the street with traffic and obey the traffic rules. I also am aware of how hard it is to see riders at night, so I have strobing lights on my bike and helmet. I thought they would add another level of safety to my commute. Well one of the light was lost on my first ride. There goes that idea. The lights are bright and they seem like a good idea but I don't know how how they would stay on a persons shoe that is running with all of the constant impact if they cant stay on a shoe of a person that is just peddling a bike.

Very bright
Very bright, had multiple people ask me where I got them from. Stay put for the most part once you’ve got them securely onto the heels of your shoes.would recommend for running in the dark.
