This is a very sturdy headset. Seems like it should last a good while. With a smaller head, I was able to adjust the headband, to get it smaller, than many other similar headsets. It connects to computer and cell. Mostly use it for Zoom calls and webinars, on a desktop computer. I have purchased some cheaper "trucker" headsets, and sent them back, low quality sound, flimsy, etc. I recommend this Poly Voyager headset.

I give honest reviews. I paid 149.00 plus tax of my hard earned money for this headset and it literally stopped working for no good reason. The headset says connected but no one can hear me. Fully charged , well taken care of left on the dock , no contact with fluids . It stayed at my work desk area. I almost got a write up for work because my customers couldn’t hear me at all. Again says connected but sound just stopped operating. Do not invest your money.

I work from home. I answer calls on the computer all day. Calls are clear, sound is great. Works with Teams, Cisco finesse, and webex. You can hear all computer sounds. It is comfortable to wear on your head. The ear cushion is also comfortable. The microphone works good too. It's lightweight. I use it for 8 hours a day, it stays charged and doesn't die.

Update: I’m back. About a week or so later. Increase the rating from 2-starts to 3-stars. I’ve used this headset nearly exclusively connected to the usbc receiver and batter has been great. I guess the first day I should have kept it on the charger and waited to use the next day. I’ve used the headset for an entire 8 hour shift with no battery issues. Still finished the day on high battery. I charge it about every other day or for an hour or so after work just to make sure it’s fully ready to go. So, why the 4-stars? Noise cancellation. It’s pretty good, but not what I expected based on some reviews. Noise is muffled, during meetings my voice is heard clearly but some noise can be heard in the background. Not enough for others to know what is on or going on in the background but they can tell something is on. In my experience, if you have a toddler and they are close to the mix or yelling the toddler will be heard. I haven’t had any complaints at the moment. Please note my experience is in a work/meeting settings. I had no issues connecting to my iPhone, but I purchased these headphones specifically for work. Headset was easy to setup and connect to my work laptop and iPhone. Sound was great, headset was comfortable although could have a greater adjustment range. Blocked out sound well, but I wouldn’t say 100%. I WFH and have a toddler. Times when my toddler was heard I was told it sounded faint and couldn’t really make out what the sound was unless the mic was really close. Teams integration is awesome and super handy. Being able to mute from the mic, and click the Team button to interact with Teams was clutch. Headset is comfortable and feels like good quality.Unfortunately, there are two deal breaker issues for me. One, battery life sucked. Headset came charged for “6” hrs of talk time. After an hour of use headset notified me that the battery was low. About 10 minutes after that they died and disconnected. Which leads me to the other sucky part - charging. I charged these things for 4 whole hours, only to get another hour or so of talk time after being told the headset was 100% charged. I don’t mind it taking a while to charge if I’ll get the advertised “24 hours”, or at the least a standard 8 hr shift use. But for an hour of talk time…nah I’m good.I tested this headset connected via the dongle and Bluetooth. Slightly longer performance with the dongle, but man. I was so annoyed I still ended up using my AirPods most of the day.To be as far as possible, I’m going to try again tomorrow and see what happens. I’ll update this post with my experience, and I will be returning ASAP if poor battery performance continues.

So simple! Literally open box, move switch from left to right under ear piece, plug in adapter, good to go! No wires! No fuss! Sent back a few $200 “wireless” before getting these for not truly being wireless. Pick these! Sound quality great, mute feature tells you it’s muted & the plugged in piece shines red to also show you you’re muted. Teams works perfectly

Well I'm kind of betwixt in between about the product itself I've always liked Plantronics This company is Polly by Plantronics I guess this is what Plantronics has evolved I don't want to destroy the product in this rating because if you like something that is very lightweight and you can barely feel that it's on your head you will enjoy this product as for me I like a little tighter grip. The sound quality of my voice when I am talking on the phone could have been a little louder some people I talk to complain about Not hearing me too well and then some people don't complain at all Go figure The one thing that was the deal-breaker for me was the noise canceling headphone I'm not saying it's the worst but it's definitely not the best that I've experienced I have a pet and to my surprise someone that I was talking to on the phone could hear my pet in the background also I was vacuuming and the person I was on the phone with stated that they could hear the vacuum. I have another headset by another company I won't give them a plug in this review well yes I will it's logic tech and when I'm on that headset no one can hear anything at all except for me speaking. The logic tech headphones are a little bit more expensive maybe about an additional $100 and it may not be worth it for some people reading this review but for me it definitely is I don't think that you would go absolutely wrong if you brought this poly by Plantronics headphone it's just not exactly what I need it's not a bad headphone and the price is good it does work with both your PC and your phone another thing that I don't like is the boom mic When you put it up it doesn't automatically go into mute or at least I have an experienced that You have to hit the button on the side My other headset if I throw the boom mic up it definitely goes into mute and when I pull it down it comes out it may not be an issue for a lot of people but for me it's definitely a feature that I like on my other headset so there it is there's your review I hope that I've helped someone who was on the fence but again I just want to say it is not a bad headset it's just some things that don't work for me If you were to purchase this I do not think you would be totally disappointed but definitely any one you buy make sure you get the warranty it only cost a few pennies but it will definitely be worth it in the long run if something were to happen to your headset. Update what a difference a day makes I did order those other Logitech headphones that were 169.00 but I've decided to return them and keep my original purpose reason being the logic tech headphones is cancel noise but it cancels the noise that I hear from the caller not what the caller can hear in my background I was actually listening to Stevie Wonder all I do is think about you and the caller could hear every word on the logic tech zone 900 headphones so they're going back and I am keeping this one because it does what it's supposed to do it does cancel the noise I wish it was a better noise canceling headset but it's much better than the logic tech So I am keeping these and I would recommend them to someone else having seen both oh please note the Logitech that I'm talking about where you could hear nothing was an actual wired one that you have to plug into your PC or into your phone The second one that I was talking about that I just bought for 169 was the Bluetooth and the noise canceling microphone did not work everyone I was talking to could hear everything upon further investigation the mic was nobody's canceling for me to hear my music good I need a Mic that has noise canceling so people cannot hear what's in the background what I'm talking So with that said poly by Plantronics had the best noise canceling microphone

I purchased at least 10 wireless Bluetooth headsets all of them I had to return as they wouldn't connect to my work laptop. This headset did. It never drops the connection. The sound is exceptional and no one has any issue hearing me. The sound is clear and sharp it's worth every penny
