Plantar Fasciitis Relief Kit -Heel & arch pads, ankle brace & compression socks

I really was pleased with the variety of things to try since my plantar faciitis has found no relief for many months! I am really pleased to see that the compression sock and gel heel lessen the pain. Well worth the price!

All kinds of stuff but there is no way to fit it all in your shoe. So you'll have to pick and choose what you need. Feels great around the house after work.

I'm sure it helps my foot. I haven't seen a doctor regarding my plantar fasciitis as of yet! I haven't use the plastic cups for my heels since its summer and I'm wearing sandle's or walking barefoot in the house.

My to favorite items in this kit are the arch support cushion and the silicone heel. These items make walking around the house bare footed bareable while dealing with plantar fasciitis. The heel sock is great to wear with shoes offering an added touch of support in the arch. I only wish it was a bit more snug on the foot. The wrap is helpful while sleeping to keep your foot from pointing and keeping the fascia stretched. Anything to help with that first excruciating step in the morning. Last the price is amazing. I priced like items at Walmart and CVS with a total of nearly $40 so this is a deal!

This is a comprehensive collection of plantar fasciitis instruments. I personally love the silicone heel pads the best- they fit perfectly and don't bunch up when you put on socks. I also like the wrap- better than spending countless dollars on athletic tape. I appreciated the online booklet of how to use everything and that the owner of the company checked in with me to make sure I received everything and knew how to use it all.Great value and very helpful. I'm feeling better already!

Only tried two pieces over the past weekend. It is getting better

To date, I have not used every item in the kit, however, the compression sock gave immediate relief. I am walking and climbing steps with decreased pain. I recommend this product as a good starting point.
