Silver ones are great--follow instructions!
Bought the silver ones for my Taylor Swift Eras tour costume, lol. Super easy instructions in the photos on the Amazon page. I did what it said & they stuck perfectly to my blue velvet suit. Yay!

Doesn’t stick
Didn’t stick with iron on. Once cooled they peeled right off.

No stick
Well the product looks good it does not stay on your costume I had to actually I tried gluing it and I ended up having to stitch it on so it wouldn't fall off

Glue doesn’t melt, get some e6000
The media could not be loaded. I got these for an elaborate costume I was planning. They arrived quickly with no instructions and several of the stars gummed together. However, they seemed to peel apart okay. That said, for as much as they gummed together in the shipping process they absolutely wouldn’t stick on any iron setting.Pros:Cost—not very expensive for the quantityDistribution of sizes—there were 10 of the xl, 10 of the L, about 30 M, and about 50 S sized appliquésGlitter—these pack some dimensional glitter punch.Cons:Glue doesn’t activate—I’m embarrassed to tell you how long I left my iron on the hottest setting and on my two layers of poly and nylon blend fabrics both with and without a cover cloth. I was willing and brave enough to leave the iron in place for 60 WHOLE SECONDS with a cover cloth and that still didn’t activate the glue. I managed to get some of them stuck down partway at 90 seconds and some gentle motion + a protective cloth and even then they’re still peeling up. It doesn’t matter if it’s dry, steam, covered with a protective cloth or even knowing better and still testing one directly under the iron (you WILL be cleaning a partly ruined iron) in desperation. Like others, I pulled out the glue after much deliberation and frustration. FYI Aleen’s doesn’t work but the E6000 worked okay. I’m still mostly happy with the glittery result.

Patience is key!
The media could not be loaded. Leave Iron on for longer and let them cool completely before wearing or using the material that you're putting the stars on.

Doesn’t Iron On, But Quality is Good Overall
Honestly if these were advertised as glue-on vs iron-on, I’d give them 5 stars. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no iron setting or amount of time that will activate the “adhesive” backing on these and I’m honestly not even sure it is adhesive. Just seems like flat rubber backing, I used E6000 and some wax paper to get them to stick to this polyester chiffon fabric. They look amazing, just be prepared to glue them on to whatever you’re using them for.

Not worth it
Stars are pretty, but they don’t stick on with iron or fabric glue. Unless you plan to sew after ironing, they are not worth it.
