This is a quite big pack of cloves. 311g can last very long time. The cloves smell nice and strong. They are natural and no artificial colors added. I used some cloves when cooking meat and they add nice flavor. You can also use them for tea. The resealable zip lock pouch can keep the cloves fresh and tasty.

The whole cloves can be ground down and then added to spice cakes, eggMisspelled Wordnog and as an ingredient in Misspelled Wordgaram masala. SO MANY USES!The cloves are delivered in a reseal able bag designed to keep the cloves fresh and mine had a use by date of November 2023. Lots of interesting information printed on the back of the bag, but one that stood out for me was that 1% of revenue was donated to the education of the farmer's children.I would definitely recommend this large pack of a versatile spice that has so many uses.

This SPICE TRAIN pouch of whole cloves is resealable to keep them fresh. The cloves are good quality with the majority being of a good size. I make California Baked Ham, especially around this time of year. It's the type of ham that is boiled, then the fat is criss crossed, covered in sugar and honey then a single clove is inserted into each square of the fat before baking. To do this properly you need large, good quality cloves since you need to remove them all after baking and before serving, you don't want the cloves to be too small or you could miss one. This pouch of cloves is just what I need with plenty of large, good quality cloves. I also use them cooking and in mulled wine around this time of year.

We ordered this extra large pack of whole cloves because we are making Christmas pomanders with the children - oranges studded with cloves, tied up with a ribbon then left to dry out and emit a lovely scent in the room. For normal use in cooking it would take us a long time to get through the pack but as they will last indefinitely that is not a problem, they come in a flattish resealable pack or you can transfer to storage jars.The pack smells lovely when you open it, the cloves are not very big but they are fresh and fragrant. They come from an ethical Indian company Vahdam Spice Train and and 1% of revenue goes to help educate local farmers' children.

This pack of 311g cloves are of best quality you can get. They are very aromatic, I notice it as soon as I opened the packet. It can be used in so many ways, such as making tea with it, grind it and make coffee or cook meat dishes.I made a small cup of tea with this placed it in my living room, the whole living room smells of cloves after 10 minutes. It is a very nice drink too tastes in between liquorice and dried plum, excellent caffeine-free drink before bed.Highly recommend this brand if you are looking for cloves.
