I am a below the knee amputee and I have been looking for clothes that are simple to use with my prosthesis. And I'm here to tell you, there are some out there but they are grossly overpriced, and if you take your clothes to a tailor, they're going to charge you 45 bucks just to put a zipper in the inseam. (At least where I live)After reading the other reviews, I decided to order and I'm very pleased that I did. This material is super lightweight and doesn't bunch up at all. The zippers seem to glide effortlessly, and the velcro tab at the top is a nice added touch.There are no back pockets, but there are two slit pockets in the front which are more than substantial for what I need to carry.I could probably go on and on about these pants, but the bottom line would remain... These are very comfortable, and very convenient when it comes to doffing and donning your prosthesis. A definite godsend.I will be buying several more pairs

Recovering from surgery, and have a bulky brace on my leg.Bought one pair of pants with velcro on sides and these with zippers. I *MUCH* prefer the zippers. Way easier to get on and off, with this brace on. They zip from the top down, or the bottom up and the zippers do feel pretty solid.The material has some stretch to it, and it is pretty comfortable.I'm not a large guy, and the fit is probably kinda big for normal wear but I got these specifically to wear post-surgery and they have been perfect for that.

Very soft and convenient after surgery. Left off 1 star because they are very, very long and I had to hem. You'd need to be at least 6 ft not to hem.

My wife purchased these pants for me and they are simply perfect! I lost both of my legs below the knees 7 months ago. I now have my first set of prosthetic legs. These pants are so easy to put on and take off. If you are an amputee with prosthetic legs, you will enjoy the zippers that go all the way down (and up). These zippers are located on each side of the pants and allow you to get in and out of them very easily in spite of your prosthetic legs (and attached feet). I loved the first pants so much, we purchased 2 more pair in different colors. The pants are designed to hide the zippers. They look almost camouflaged with white striped lines that do a good job of hiding them. Having these pants has sure made my life much more enjoyable in spite of my disability.

Quality looked okay. Size chart was way off. It fit twice as big than the chart sizes.

I just had knee surgery and these pants are a must have!!! The zippers made it sooo easy to get them on after surgery! And, while recovering, they make changing ice pads an absolutely breeze!!! As for sizing I am 5'4", 150, and I bought a large. They are a little big, but fit over the bulky knee perfectly!!

Love the comfortable fit! They have been such help with my knee replacement! The wide legs and zippers all the way up--are so convenient! They are thinner which kept me from overheating when my knee and leg fired up. I sleep in them, wear them all day and even to physical therapy. Love them so much--I bought 3 more pair.Update: the zipper came apart 5 days after the return window. It is unfixable. We will see if the other 3 pair hold up or do the same.

These pants are so worth it!! My dad recently had Lisfranc Fracture Dislocation Surgery & his foot looks like big foot the way it's wrapped. Finding pants for him to wear was truly hard. UNTIL I found these!! With the ease of putting them on ; being able to wear pants rather than a hospital gown all the time and their light weight, he absolutely loves them. Bought him 4 pairs in different colors and going to purchase the last few colors they have!
