I knew the packaging and dispenser were useless, so I wasn't surprised. I dismantled it and syringed out the contents into a decent container. The cream doesn't burn or itch, which is good these days. But it looks like a greasy thin brown clay. It's not possible to know if it works yet. I'll do a more upbeat review is I ever see a change. Meantime, be prepared to work on the hopeless dispenser and have equipment ready to transfer the contents to something functional.

I received this item the day after ordering but the pump did not work. Tried pumping it for over 10 minutes but absolutely nothing came out. I returned it and ordered it again. The new item did not pump either so I'm giving up now. There's no screw on lid so no way of accessing the product without cutting it open with a saw. These items are obviously faulty but Amazon continue to sell them knowing full well that they will not work. Very disappointed.

I purchased it for my wife. The product may be good (according to the reviews by various users) but the pump was faulty and it never worked in my case. After several attempts to extract the cream out of the bottle, I contacted the Amazon customer service who very kindly refunded. I am not sure whether the cream would work or not as we never had a chance to use it! For a very effective product, using a very bad pump mechanism is extremely unacceptable. This issue was mentioned in several previous views and it is shame that the manufacturer has still not corrected it. The could have use a simple and less expensive mechanism similar to toothpaste!

This serum has so many potent actives I'm really impressed though this isn't designed for the whole face but more as a targeted treatment for scars and pigmentation. Tranexamic acid helps to brighten and reduce hyperpigmentation and it's the second ingredient in this formula after water! Alpha arbutin and kojic acid work to brighten the skin. Vitamin C also brightens the skin and helps with cell turnover (if I recall correctly). There's also Tocopherol acetate (vitamin E) in the ingredients to help with moisturising even though it's low in the list. I can see this working well to help fade hyper pigmentation over time. There are so many potent actives in here so I would recommend doing a test patch first and perhaps using the sandwich method of application if you have sensitive skin. I use some of the included actives separately so it's very exciting to see a serum with all of them combined though, as said before this is a targeted serum for certain areas only. Definitely worth giving a try :)

applied the product to two different areas of hyper pigmentation both of similar causes. The facial one started to fade less than a month but the leg one has not changed despite applying this product twice a day for about three months. It is possible that either the leg area is disadvantaged by clothes or socks rubbing on the lesion or that the facial one just faded naturally. Hard to tell.

I have acne on my back so summer time is my nighmare for choosing clothing to cover my back up. 1st few days i didn't notice any difference, no itching or adverse reactions, by the end of the 1st week i thought i saw a minor improvement. It's important to say i purposely stopped using medicated soap and cream so i could get a clear indication whether this cream worked or not as the soap and cream i had been using really had no significant effect. Only a small amount of cream is required which is just as well due to the rrp which may appear a little high but it actually works. After 2 weeks this was a marked difference and after 3 weeks the awful red/purple spots were turning a pale pink, if you have acne you know exactly what i mean and how important this is to your self confidence. Would highly recomend this to anyone with acne

Bought 2 and both the pump was broken. Contact the customer service centre they wanted me to email them with video showing the defects details.
