Q: Can you open the capsule and take it or does it need to be timed released?

They come in just the ordinary open-able capsule form, not a time released tablet. It maybe is more effective if it was to be time released but they don't come in that type of tablet so opening tab and taking it would probably result in similar results as just taking it normally.
