This is a great portable CD player. The sound is what you would expect from something on the smaller size like this, but it is acceptable. The FM radio reception however is exceptional!!! I bought this primarily to use in our garage when I'm working out there. I've tried several different portable radios with very poor results inside this garage. This one however has no trouble at all pulling in several different stations. And they are all clear, with very little to no static at all. I am very pleased over all with this radio/CD player, and would highly recommended it to anyone.

This is an amazing player. I got one for my granddaughter for Christmas last year, and she really liked it. I have been wanting something portable that I could carry from room-to-room as I work through the day. As it turns out, I don’t have to move it around very much. The sound is great, and the quality of the music is amazing. I am so very pleased that I bought this for myself. Being a child of the 50’s and 60’s, I love the music of that era. Now, I have my own equipment to play my music.

An excellent CD player. Feature rich! My goodness, electronic just keep getting better and better. This player has excellent speakers with depth. Unexpected. Controls are super easy to use. The blue tooth is ... very handy. Easy to link up - as everything is these days, eh? The 4 star vs 5 star thingie: I don't like how the cover opens on the bottom, ie. the hinge is on the top. This makes it difficult to insert CDs. I have to pick it up and turn it upsidedown. If the hinge was at the bottom and the lid/cover opened up - WHICH ONLY MAKES SENSE for ease of use and ergonomics - this would be a 5 star. I'll keep it because it performs so very nicely. But .... fix that cover !!!!

I was really surprised by how good the sound is!Two thumbs up from me on sound quality...the only negative is the position of the flip-up CD cover. I wish the cover was designed with the opening for the CD at the TOP of the player rather than at the bottom of the player.Because the lid doesn't flip up completely, it's kind of awkward to have to slide your hand with the CD to insert/remove it from underneath the lid, and I could see it might be a weak point that could easily break if you aren't mindful of the process. I remedy the problem by laying the player on its back to insert/remove CDs.A small flaw in the design of an otherwise seemingly quality-sounding budget player. I still recommend it though!

Sounds good for being a reasonable radio CD player. I bought white. Looks good in my TV cabinet. Door open sounds good. Door closed sounds good. Very nice looking.

This is a great cd player. Very compact and light, very good sound. What I enjoy most is the USB player and the simplicity of the player.

The actual player is great. Sounds clear, easy to use. But it’s NOT portable. Multiple descriptions and specifications state it’s portable. Portable means doesn’t need to be plugged in to use. This is false. The player needs to be plugged in for use. Is it light weight and easy to move, yes. But if you are purchasing to listen to media without using electricity then this is not for you.We have tried keep the power on and turning it off while plugged in as a means to charge it. But it’s not an option. If it’s not plugged in, it will not work.

I would give this a five if the high notes were clearer at a lower volume. It can fill several rooms. I recommend it because it looks nice on my cabinet, running with AC right now, remote works good across a large room, it's light weight so it doesn't bother me to pick it up and place the CD in carefully which keeps my fingers off them. The price was great. I looked at all the websites for cd home stereo's that were up to 200.00 Each had drawbacks and I think until something better comes out I am happy with this. Also it can run on a charge if you want to take it outside. Nice design, clock on top not bright, radio ok.
