Fan doesn't work, so cold air isn't forced out of machine. Returned one, had it replaced, same problem. Total crap!!! And they take 4ever to refund your $$$$.

This thing is great! Our front room is warmer than the rest of our house so we use this and it keeps the room nice and cool.The only issue I found was the water you pour inside.1) you HAVE to make sure you don’t pour more than the max or water goes everywhere inside (not good)2) if there’s water inside you have to be super careful if you need to move it or water goes everywhere.

It’s been working ok but the plug is kinda fragile and i can’t seem to connect anyone to reorder a plug in and it just snapped off in the back of the product so i don’t know if i should throw it away or wait and see if someone responds to my review…..

I dislike this product because it doesn't pull out cold air with ice or water and the water waist out of product and temperature is extremely low waist of money.

This unit could not cool 100 sq. feet. It has no power. Has to be 1 foot away to feel anything. The light is nice.

I don't feel like it was displayed as advertised. My desk fan blows cooler than this. The only way I can feel cool air is when my face is close to the vent. I put the pull-out attachment in the freezer, and it still didn't blow the ice cube cool. I even poured a cold water bottle to see if it would blow cool air for five seconds. I'm disappointed.

This did not work for my tiny space. There’s no way that I discovered to turn the light off and as other reviewers stated it does drip.
