This is the perfect waist trainer, it hold everything in , it’s better if you have someone help you put it on the first time but afterwards it’s easy to do it yourself. Very comfortable and can wear it all day

This was easy to put on. However, it does not lay as the picture shows. The layers eventually separate and you are stuck with chunks of belly sticking out between the gaps. I am constantly readjusting this. I will use my other waist trainers to lose a few pounds first then come back to this one. That might make a difference.

Doesn’t come with any instructions on exactly how you show use it. I mean I know you put it on and wrap it around but i do not know exactly what the blue cloth is or how to use it. I also do not know what the thing is that comes with it but hey I could just be a little slow I do have my moments, I do just wish there was a little more guidance.

It’s fine to do chores and have on for a while. For working out I didn’t like it, it folds and bends on the bottom. Also I noticed that after wearing for a long period my skin was getting irritated so I stopped wearing it. Maybe using it over a tank top would help?

This waist trainer is just a long strip of thinner waist trainer material. It makes for uneven coverage that slips around if you have a larger stomach like I do. I can wrap it around, but it slides, and just sort of oozes the chib up and down. It doesn't do it's job at all.

This belt is not what I expected. It was difficult for me to put on so I had to go back and review the product page with the video. It also rolled up once I figured out how to wear it. I found it uncomfortable but will continue to use it to see if I get results as expected. I believe it will take me a while though as I have to figure out how to manage putting it off and on.
