Are the red colour the Mecha edition?

If you check the second image you can see the Mecha plate on the side of the earbud, so it is the Red/Mecha collab edition.

How do these compare to the kz zs10 pro?

The salnotes zero are more technical/ have a better tuning. However they have less bass (physically) both in sub bass and mid bass. The Salnotes are tuned more balanced and have higher detail retrieval. They are really good bang for buck. However, the tips on these are really bad quality (uncomfortable - sowould recommend buying new tips for these).
