You could absolutely use them simultaneously. However, it might make the most sense to spray after you have aerated and then water. This will get the Thatch a Buster into the soil and break down the plugs. A lot of people will also use this product in place of aeration. Hope this helps.

Q: How long does it take to see results?

You should definitely see results in a months time. Obviously, other factors can affect this. How much thatch does a yard have, how much water has the lawn taken in, what are the temperatures. All of these factors affect the biology of the product. Remember too that the Thatch Buster product is provide quite a few other benefits to you lawn in addition to reducing thatch. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your question. We would recommend waiting a week. If the Thatch Buster is watered in, you shouldn't have an issue at all, but a week is a safe and conservative timeframe. Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply. I would give it a nice nitrogen boost with the Lawn Commander to start. After that you can follow our Lawn 360 program for the time of year and your conditions. Hope this helps.
